The Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC) pays a 25% rebate on qualifying Croatian spend, rising to around 30% for shooting in less-developed regions, with a further uplift available for productions using local infrastructure. It is a straightforward cash program with an annual allocation, so early registration matters.
